IT IS ORDERED that summary judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff on Defendant’s
first, second, third, fourth, eighth, ninth, tenth, and eleventh affirmative defenses in Defendant’s
Answer to First Amended Complaint. (Doc. 46) at 14-17.
