ORDER RESETTING INITIAL SCHEDULING CONFERENCE THIS MATTER is before the Court upon review of the record. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Rule 16 Scheduling Conference previously scheduled by Judge Browning will be conducted by Judge Garza by telephone on Friday, January 26, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. Parties shall call Judge Garza’s Meet Me line at 505.348.2693 to be connected to the proceedings.
