ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION TO STAY

This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ Joint Motion to Approve Stipulation to
Stay of Arbitration Proceedings (Doc. 23) and the Stipulation to Stay of Arbitration Proceedings

(Doc. 25). The Court having reviewed the Joint Motion and Stipulation, and finding that the
motion is well taken, it is hereby
ORDERED, that the foregoing Stipulation to Stay of Arbitration Proceedings is hereby
approved as an Order of this Court, this 25th day of July, 2017.
