STIPULATED ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Joint Motion for Order of
Dismissal with Prejudice brought by Plaintiff Louella Martinez and Defendant Wal-Mart Stores
East L.P., (referred to as “Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.” in the case caption), the Court having reviewed
the joint motion and being otherwise fully advised, FINDS that good cause exists for the joint
motion, and it should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims
alleged or that could have been alleged by Plaintiff against Defendant in this action are hereby
dismissed with prejudice. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in
the action.
