This Court reviewed the Motion and arguments made therein and considered that the Motion is unopposed. Accordingly, this Court finds that there is good case to amend the Scheduling Order as requested and the Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadline to Provide Pretrial Order to Defendant is welltaken and should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that: A. The Plaintiff’s deadline to provide his portion of the Pretrial Order to Defendant is now due October 8, 2021. B.
