IT IS ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 7) is
hereby GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s claims are DISMISSED, thus disposing of
this case in its entirety.
