and Order which accompanies this judgment,
IT IS ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 7) is
hereby GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s claims are DISMISSED, thus disposing of
this case in its entirety.
