MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by District Judge Robert A. Junell; IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's requests to amend and supplement his Prisoner's Civil Rights Complaint [9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15] are DENIED without prejudice; IT I S FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's § 1983 claims against Defendants New Mexico Department of Corrections and P.N.M. II are DISMISSED with prejudice and the remainder of Plaintiff's Prisoner's Civil Rights Complaint 1 is DISMI SSED without prejudice; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended Prisoner's Civil Rights Complaint, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, that complies with the standards set forth in this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
