IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO

Plaintiff,
v.
No. 2:16-CV-01271-KRS
NANCY A. BERRYHILL, Acting
Commissioner of the Social Security

333 F.3d 1199, 1204 (10th Cir. 2003).
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that on or before Tuesday, September 5, 2017,

Plaintiff is hereby notified that failure to respond to this Order may result in dismissal of this
case without prejudice and without further notice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
