THIS MATTER is before the Court upon notice that this case has settled.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Zoom settlement conference set for
November 18, 2020, is hereby VACATED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall submit closing documents no
later than November 23, 2020. If the need for an extension arises, the parties are
instructed to file a formal motion on the record.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

3. If you receive a message that you are waiting for the host to start this meeting, it
means that the host has not started the meeting. You have successfully
connected to Zoom, and the meeting will begin as soon as the host starts the
session.
