The Parties, having come before the court upon a Joint Motion of Dismissal of Plaintiff’s
Claims With Prejudice, the Court having reviewed the Stipulation and being otherwise advised in
the premises, finds the Joint Motion well taken and shall be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs’ claims
are hereby dismissed with prejudice with each party to bear their own costs and attorney’s fees.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
