ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR SERVICE ON DEFENDANTS
THIS MATTER having come before the Court on Plaintiff’s unopposed Motion to
Extend Time for Service on Defendants pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m), [Doc. No. 15], the
motion having been reviewed, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds
that the motion is well-taken and should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion is hereby granted. Plaintiff is
hereby granted an additional 60 days to serve Defendants Mark Lain and Lauren Oberlander,
making the new service deadline November 8, 2024.
