MEMORANDUM & ORDER re 62 Motion for Reconsideration: Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration is GRANTED only to the extent that the court has reconsidered previously uncited excerpts from Dr. Gillick's deposition testimony. On reconsiderat ion, Defendant's 51 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED with respect to the June 2003 incident and DENIED with respect to the July 2003 incident.
