Counsel are to confer with each other and to speak directly to the potential Mediator in scheduling the first mediation session. In accordance with Administrative Order 2004-08 (as of August 2, 2004), electronic filing became mandatory in the Eastern District of New York for all cases, (pro se cases are excluded).
