Wilson v. Phillips

Filing 24

MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Wilson's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is dismissed with prejudice and the writ is denied. Since Wilson has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability shall not issue. Additionally, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a) that any appeal from this Memorandum and Order would not be taken in good faith and that in forma pauperis is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Ordered by Judge Eric N. Vitaliano on 2/12/2010. (Fwd'd for judgment) (Brucella, Michelle)
