Dear Magistrate Judge Reyes,
This office represent the plaintiffs Nicholas and Telemak Kamparosyan in the
above-captioned case. Pursuant to the February 12, 2008 Order of this Court, we write on behalf
of all parties to submit a joint Status Report to the Court.
Pursuant to this Court’s Order dated September 17, 2007, this Section 1983 civil
rights action was stayed pending the resolution of the underlying criminal charges against the
plaintiffs. Currently, plaintiffs’ trial in Criminal Court, Queens County, is scheduled to proceed
on April 3, 2008. The parties will inform the Court immediately upon the completion of the
criminal trial.
