ORDER GRANTING Plaintiff's 28 Motion for Summary Judgment -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. The court declares that plaintiff has no duty to defe nd or indemnify the Calandra plaintiffs with respect to the underlying Queens County litigation.
