MEMORANDUM&ORDER, the Court concludes that McGee has not stated a RICO claim and declines to assert supplemental jurisdiction over McGees state-law claims. For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants defendants' 122 motion to dismiss. McGee's RICO claims are dismissed with prejudice; his state-law claims are dismissed without prejudice.
