MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Plaintiff's motion for a default judgment is granted. The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff, as of the date of this order, in the total amount of $1,100,000 in damages, with post-judgment intere st computed daily to the date of payment, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 1961. Plaintiff's request for attorneys' fees and costs is denied without prejudice. So. Ordered by Judge Sandra L. Townes on 2/28/2011. Forwarded for judgment. (Manuel, Germaine)
