Memorandum, Judgment and Order: Defendants' motions to dismiss all of Plaintiff's claims in the complaint are granted. All pendent state law claims are dismissed. See 28 U.S.C. § 1367(C)(3); Gordon v. Griffith, 88 F.Supp. 2d 38, 58-5 9 (E.D.N.Y. 2000); there appears to be no basis for the exercise of federal jurisdiction over these claims. The pro se office is respectfully requested to assist plaintiff in reviewing this judgment and, if plaintiff requests, in filing a notice of appeal. Ordered by Senior Judge Jack B.
