Ravenell v. Avis Budget Group, Inc. et al
Filing

ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS, Given that no objection to the R&R has been filed, and the deadline to do so has passed, the Court need only conduct a clear error review. Now, having reviewed the R&R in accord with the standard, the Court is satisfied that there is no clear error on the face of the record. Therefore, the Court adopts it, and its modification of the settlement agreement, in its entirety as the opinion of the Court. For the foregoing reasons, the parties' proposed settlement agreement, including attorney's fees, is approved, incorporating the modifications set forth in the R&R. The parties are directed to submit, for the Court's consideration and entry, a revised stipulation and order of dismissal. (Ordered by Judge Eric N. Vitaliano on 4/19/2016) c/m (Galeano, Sonia)
