ORDER: The Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation for clear error and, finding none, adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for a default judgment is GRANTED and Plaintiff shall be awarded $51,827.97, together with interest calculated at a rate of $5.24 per diem from March 20, 2009 until the earlier of the date of payment or entry of judgment.
