REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 9 This Court respectfully recommends that the minimum statutory amount of $750 be awarded for each of the 1,127 episodes infringed for a total damage award of $845,250.00. Additionally, the Court recommends t hat defendant Rong Fa Liang be enjoined from unauthorized reproduction and distribution of any and all of U2 Homes copyrighted works, and that defendant be enjoined from the unauthorized use of plaintiffs registered trademark.
