MEMORANDUM AND ORDER directing that claims of the minor plaintiffs, Infinite Barnett, Naseem Barnett and David S. Johnson are dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiffs' remaining claims shall proceed as previously directed. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 USC 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis is denied for purpose of an appeal.
