MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. The petition for a writ of habeas corpus and the motion to amend the petition are denied. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. The Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 2 253(c)(2). The Court also certifies pursuant to 28 U.S. C. sec. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith. Therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
