ORDER: The Court finds Magistrate Judge Mann's Report and Recommendation as to the appropriate amount of damages in this action to be correct, comprehensive, well-reasoned, and free of any clear error. The Court, therefore, adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety as the opinion of the Court. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the Report and Recommendation, the plaintiff is awarded $7297.20 in statutory damages, $187.24 in interest, $385.00 in costs, and $912.50 in attorneys' fees, for a total of $8781.94.
