ORDER granting 66 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted in its entirety. Defendants shall serve a copy of this Memorandum and Order on plaintiff and file a declaration of service by ECF no later than February 7, 2011. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to enter judgment in favor of defendants, to dismiss plaintiff's complaint in its entirety, and to close the case. Any notice of appeal to the Second Circuit must be filed with the district court within 30 days after the judgment is entered. Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(1)(B). Ordered by Judge Kiyo A.
