ORDER, This is pltff's case to vindicate his rights and the Court will not tolerate pltff's failure to comply with an order. The Court will schedule another conference to give pltff the chance to timely appear. The Court shall hold a confer ence in this matter on 3/11/10 at 3:00 p.m. in Courtroom #11A. Pltff shall timely appear on 3/11/10 and shall show good cause why he failed to appear on 2/24/10.
