ORDER: For the reasons discussed herein, the 11 motion to dismiss is granted as to all claims. Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed with leave to replead within 14 days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is cautioned, however, that she should not seek to replead any claims with respect to which she cannot, in good faith, allege all factual matters essential to state a cause of action. If no amended pleading is filed by 5/4/2010, the Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment on that date. SO ORDERED. (Ordered by Judge Allyne R. Ross, on 4/19/2010) C/mailed by Chambers.
