MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The Court directs plaintiff to file an amended complaint. The amended complaint must be filed within 30 days from the entry of this Memorandum and Order. If plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within the time allowed or the amended complaint provides that the property is situated in Saint Lucie County, Florida, then the action shall be transferred to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal wouldnot be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. SO ORDERED.
