MEMORANDUM & ORDER: Plaintiff's claim against the Administration for Children's Services is dismissed. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). Plaintiff is granted leave, for no longer than 30 days from the date of this order, to amend his compla int. All further proceedings shall be stayed during the 30 day period. If plaintiff fails to file an amended pleading in accordance with this order, the case will be dismissed. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore denies in forma pauperis status for the purpose of any appeal. C/M.
