ORDER, By letter dated 3/2/10, Corp. Counsel requests an extension of time to 3/10/10 to identify the John Doe officers. Corp. Counsel's request is granted. In addition, the Court shall seek pro bono counsel for pltff pursuant to 28 USC sec. 191 5(e)(1). Pltff is advised that the Court cannot require an attorney to take a pro bono case, but requests an attorney to volunteer for the case.
