IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned, that the above-referenced action is hereby dismissed against defendant, with prejudice, and wi thout costs, expenses, or attorneys' fees in excess of the amount specified in paragraph "2," that the City of New York hereby agrees to pay plaintiff the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars in full satisfaction of all claims, inclusive of claims for costs, expenses and attorneys' fees as against defendant.
