MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 56 plaintiff's Motion to Compel disclosure of the names and addresses of class members is granted, subject to the limitations described in the accompanying memorandum. Defendants shall provide plaintiff's cou nsel with the list of class members' names and addresses by 2/22/2011. The Court treats 57 defendants' letter as a motion for reconsideration of the Court's 55 2/1/2011 Order. The Court declines to modify the scope of the class. Any objections to the rulings contained in this Memorandum and Order must be filed with the Honorable I. Leo Glasser on or before 3/7/2011. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Roanne L. Mann on 2/16/2011.
