MEMORANDUM & ORDER [ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION]: The Court adopts Magistrate Judge Bloom's 36 Report and Recommendation in its entirety and grants Defendants' motion to revoke LaRocco's IFP status pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). The Court has reviewed LaRocco's remaining arguments and finds them to be without merit. Accordingly, Defendants' 26 motion is granted. LaRocco's IFP status is revoked and the complaint is conditionally dismissed unl ess he pays the entire filing fee within 30 calendar days of this Order. If LaRocco fails to timely pay the filing fee, the action shall be dismissed with prejudice. SO ORDERED. (Ordered by Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis, on 12/3/2010) C/mailed to pro se Plaintiff.
