The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment and mai l a copy of this Electronic Order, the Attached Written Summary Order, and the judgment and appeal instructions to the addresses on record for pro seplaintiff. The court denies in forma pauperis status for the purpose of any appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3). Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962).
