MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: As stated at oral argument held on 2/18/11, defendants' motion to dismiss is denied as to plaintiff's federal claim bought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and plaintiff's claim under New Jersey law because the allegations of plaintiff's complaint are sufficient to state a claim.
