ORDER: As previously ordered, plaintiffs have until 9/29/2010 to properly serve defendants. As mentioned in my prior Order on 8/10/2010, plaintiffs' 4 motion to appoint counsel and 5 motion to compel discovery shall be held in abeyance pendi ng service on all defendants.
