MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. The Court grants plaintiff's 2 application to proceed in forma pauperis for the limited purpose of this Order and dismisses the complaint. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint, which must be submitted to the Court with in 20 days of the date of this Order. No summons shall issue at this time and all further proceedings are stayed for 20 days in order for plaintiff to comply with this Order. If plaintiff fails to comply within the time allowed, the complaint shall b e dismissed and judgment shall enter. Once submitted, the amended complaint will be reviewed for compliance with this Order and for sufficiency under Fed. R. Civ. P. 8 and 28 U.S.C. sec. 1915(e)(2)(B), 1915A. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
