ORDER, Pltff writes that he has been unable to serve deft despite hiring a private investigator and process server, and that he needs time to investigate how deft's bankruptcy will affect this action. He requests an extension of time to serve de ft. Pltff's request is granted. Pltff shall serve deft by 12/15/11. No further extensions shall be considered. As to pltff's request to receive email notifications re: this case, if he is admitted to practice before the EDNY, he should be able to register for ECF notification by email.
