OPINION and ORDER For the foregoing reasons, the motions of American Honda 45 and the RICO defendants 50 to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint are granted. Plaintiffs' claims against American Honda are barred by the doctrine of collateral estoppel and are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiffs' Federal RICO claim against the RICO defendants are dismissed with prejudice and the remaining state law claims against the RICO defendants are dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close this case. So Ordered. Ordered by Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein on 4/22/2013. (Padilla, Kristin)
