MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Plaintiff is given 30 days leave to file an amended complaint. Plaintiff should set forth factual allegations to support his claim against Detectives Morris and Crosby and specify the injuries resulting from their acts and omiss ions. Plaintiff's claims against defendants Bloomberg, Kelly, Markowitz, Hynes, Sunshine, Hirst, and Gill are dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff may still include claims against these defendants in his amended complaint, but only if he sets forth factual allegations concerning these defendants and explains how they are personally involved in the federal constitutional violations alleged in the amended complaint. No summonses shall issue at this time, and all further proceedings shall b e stayed for 30 days. If plaintiff fails to amend the complaint within the time allowed, the case will be dismissed. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal So Ordered by Judge Sandra L.
