MEMORANDUM AND OPINION, For the reasons set forth herein, Petitioner's applications for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 USC sec. 2255 are DENIED. Because Petitioner has failed to make a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. See 28 USC sec. 2253(c).
