OPINION & ORDER: I have reviewed plaintiff's objections to Magistrate Judge Pohorelsky's 57 Order of 6/25/2014, which was made on the record. Neither Magistrate Judge Pohorelsky's denial of plaintiff's request that the magistrate recuse himself from plaintiff's case nor Magistrate Judge Pohorelsky's setting of a discovery schedule against plaintiff's wishes after plaintiff asked to be excused was "clearly erroneous or contrary to law." Accordingly, plaintiff's request that the orders be set aside is denied. SO ORDERED by Judge Allyne R. Ross, on 7/22/2014. C/mailed by Chambers to pro se Plaintiff. (Latka-Mucha, Wieslawa)
