MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: For these reasons, the Court adopts the R&R and grants summary judgment to the defendant. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close the case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v.
