ORDER re 134 - 135 - 136 - 137 . For the reasons stated in the attached Order: 1) plaintiff's request for production of the reports and notes of the internal investigation is denied; 2) defendants are to provide plaintiff with a copy of her dep osition transcript by 1/25/2019; 3) By 1/25/2019 defendants are to provide the Court with deposition transcripts of Ms. Liburd, Ms. DiChristopher, and Ms. Poole for in camera review; 4) plaintiff is to conduct one deposition by < u>2/22/2019; 5) plaintiff's deposition to be completed by 3/8/2019; 6) the Court reserves decision on whether defendants will be allowed additional time to depose plaintiff. The Status Conference currently scheduled for 1/23/2019 is adjourned to 3/11/2019 at 12:30 p.m. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Cheryl L. Pollak on 1/17/2019. (Graham, Emily)
