ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. The Court grants the motion and approve the settlement as recommended by Magistrate Judge James Orenstein. The Court finds that the settlement is fair and reasonable. Plaintiff's counsel and D efendants' counsel have negotiated in good faith to reach a settlement acceptable to the Parties which constitutes a reasonable compromise of Plaintiff's respective claims, Defendants' respective defenses, and the bona fide dispute between the Parties.
