MEMORANDUM & ORDER DISMISSING CASE: In line with the reasons contained in the attached Memorandum & Order, the complaint is dismissed with prejudice, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii), for failure to state a claim upon which relief may b e granted. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444 -45 (1962).The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order to plaintiff, to enter judgment accordingly, and to close this case. Accordingly, the following motions are terminated as moot: 10 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim filed by Bank of America, 17 Fully Briefed Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim filed by Bank of America.
