ORDER granting 37 Motion to Certify Class. The parties filed a joint motion for preliminary approval of a class action settlement on August 29, 2017. Docket Entry 37. During a telephone conference held on August 31, 2017, the Court raised certa in questions and concerns about the proposed settlement and notice. Docket Entry 41. Those questions and concerns were addressed in a revised settlement agreement and notice submitted on September 7, 2017. Docket Entry 43. Accordingly, the motion is granted.
