ORDER granting 114 request for approval of plaintiffs' revised class action notice filed by Stuart Baron, Nicole Adolphus, Darlene Riera, Celeste Drayton, Ave Cinar. The parties' proposed revised Class Notice [114-1] is approved an d the parties' proposed schedule 117 is adopted. Defendants shall produce the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all Class Members within five (5) business days of this Order; plaintiffs shall distribute the notice as proposed, via USP S First Class Mail within ten (10) business days of this Order; and if a class member's notice is returned as undeliverable, plaintiffs' counsel will skip-trace the class member's telephone number to ascertain a current address at whic h to deliver the Class Notice.By 2/17/2025, the parties shall file a joint status report regarding the class notice process.The status conference previously scheduled for 2/19/2025 at 12:00 p.m. before Magistrate Judge James R. The above-captioned Parties, by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby
respectfully submits this Proposed Order governing the dissemination of notice to class members
for the Court’s review and consideration:

Defendants shall produce the names, last known addresses, and last known
telephone numbers for all class members within five (5) business days of the Court approving the
Parties’ proposed Class Notice, filed at D.E. 114.
2.
All Class Notices shall be disseminated via USPS First Class Mail within ten (10)
business days of the Court approving the Parties’ proposed Class Notice, filed at D.E. 114.
3.
For any class members whose Class Notice is returned as undeliverable, Plaintiffs’
counsel will skip-trace such class member’s telephone number to ascertain a current address at
which to deliver the Class Notice.
