Deft. shall review plaintiff's amended pleading and advise this Court by letter on or before 10/23/2009, whether defts wish to amend their motion papers or to renew the motion which they previously filed; On or before 10/23/2009, the parties shall confer with each other with regard to wh ether the ADAAA applies retroactively and whether supplemental briefing on the effect (or lack of effect) of the ADAAA is necessary.
